I had read some not so good reviews about this hotel. It has the best view in town. I think it was designed to blend into the hillside and not be a huge eyesore like some of the other newer hotels. The bed and pillows were the best I had …

Location is the only good thing here. Room was adequate except for the door. Had to pull up hard on the handle to get the deadbolt to enguage. The chain lock was broken off. Room 107. No breakfast only coffee.

We loved how cheap this hotel was. But, it was not amazing. Super outdated, not the cleanest. The bed and bathroom was surprisingly clean though! The front desk worker wasn’t very friendly either. For the price, it was understandable.

Everything was fine. This is a solid budget hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, A/C worked fine and free Wi-Fi. The hotel staff also allowed me to check-in early, as I arrived two hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Old furniture in the rooms not in an ambient rustic way, beds are clean but were not the most comfortable and the floor wasn't very clean. Other than that, it's an alright inexpensive place to stay if you want to be close to Bryce Canyon.

Good rates. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Twin beds, no queens or kings. If you're just passing through, it's a good place to stop. Nothing overly special. When showering in the morning the temp of the water is very unreliable, and for hot water we had to turn the shower faucet to the right, not the left (opposite of what it's labeled and what it normally should be).

Look, this is a good budget hotel. We have done a couple and this one is really fair price for a good location and clean room. Things others have mentioned that we also have experienced: - clean sheets, clean bathroom, a very fuzzy green carpet that I would not inspect too closely - there's complementary coffee - small refrigerator and microwave present - very quiet - enough space for 2 adults - only a 20 min. drive to the Bryce Canyon - yeah, the locks act a bit weird but we had no need for black magic to close them - it is a bit outdated, but not in a musty way For this price, that is more than good. We had a great time here.

Good pot 20 miles away from Bryce Canyon pretty convenient for price and room quite basic. Bathroom with shower no breakfast option parking available locally resonable cleaning poor noise insulation from other rooms
